Create a Finnish version of the existing website amrehv.ee under the domain name amtire.fi. The new site should be fully adapted for the Finnish market while retaining the key functionalities and user experience of the original site.

- Design: Close to the original (amrehv.ee), with possible minimal changes for adaptation to the local market.
- Content: Full translation of the current text content (provided by the client) into Finnish.

3. Technical Requirements
- Platform: WordPress, OpenCart, Shopify, or another CMS that allows flexible management of the online store's functionality.
- Responsive Design: Optimization for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Loading Speed: Pages should load in less than 3 seconds.
- Security:
- SSL certificate.
- Protection of customer data (GDPR).
- Hosting: Selection of suitable hosting in Finland (recommendations if necessary).
