Main requirements
Creating an online form:
The form should include multiple-choice questions and Likert scale ratings.
There should be an easy way to edit and add questions.

Convenient import of questions and answers from Excel.
Integration with SPSS:
Automatic export of responses in a format compatible with SPSS (.sav or .csv).
Data should be pre-processed for ease of analysis in SPSS (e.g., assigning numerical codes to responses).
Answer A = 1
Answer B = 2
Answer C = 3
for the second and third surveys.
Data processing:
Function needed for automatic assignment of unique identifiers to each respondent.
Ability to filter incomplete responses or responses that do not meet specified criteria.
Statistics:
Accounting for received responses.
Built-in statistical indicators of who filled out (IP), number of refusals, etc.
For demographic data, provide statistics on age, region, education, etc., of all received responses. For example, XXX responses received:
XXX people participated in the study (N = XXX) aged from YY to YY years. The gender composition of the sample consisted of XX males and XX females. For each parameter from the demographic question, a similar statistical textual analysis should be compiled.
Data export and analysis:
