Создать кошелек (баланс) внутри сайта

Нужно создать кошелек с текущим балансом пользователя на сайте cs-bets.org (сайт в тестовом режиме).
Что нужно сделать:
- Пользователь авторизуется/регистрируется (уже сделано), кнопка баланс отображает текущий баланс счета и становится активной (информация берется из бд)
- При нажатии на кнопку баланс пользователь попадает на страницу отображающую текущий счет
- При ставке баланс меняется, при выигранной - умножается на последний коэффициент ставки, при проигранной - уходит другим выигравшим пользователям
Как я вижу эту реализацию (не технический специалист):
JS или PHP, сам сайт написан на пхп
во время ставки создается временная база данных, куда в холд уходит баланс и после распределяется между пользователями.
также мне немного непонятно, допустим я сделаю api робокассы/другого агрегатора, как мне сделать чтобы со страницы оплаты стороннего шлюза - сайт понял что баланс пополнили на N руб? Если проконсультируете буду благодарен
