1. Придумать вопросы для опросов. Сфера деятельности: ит тех поддержка.
2. На основе результатов с них проводить анализ. Идей для анализа нет, есть только мысля по поводу индикаторов: какая-то часть вопросов отвечает за тот или иной индикатор, к примеру: скорость обработки заявки, лояльность - это примеры индикаторов. Выводить расчеты на основе опросов в эти индикаторы и привести общий индикатор оценки на основе всех других индикаторов. Те или иные вопросы должны иметь свой вес в индикаторах и все индикаторы тоже имеют тот или иной вес для общего индикатора.
3. Отчетность - вывод диаграмм, как люди ответили на тот или иной вопрос, то есть просто количество в процентном соотношении. Количество прошедших опросы.
4. Для анализа и отчетности нужна возможность выбора конкретной даты либо периода для отображения информации.
Нужно на языке php с использованием субд mysql
