The table contains: ID; phone; link to the ad; name (if known); area; price; status; AI stage; last message; probability of contract conclusion; comment; additional service fields.What the system should do The system should: automatically detect a new owner; initiate a conversation in WhatsApp; conduct a natural dialogue; use the memory of previous messages; update the CRM after each message; determine the negotiation stage; pass the prepared lead to the manager.Important Limitations When designing, the following requirements must be considered:1. We are looking for a specialist or a team to implement AI solutions in the communication of the CT and MRI medical center. Requirements: integrate AI into telephony for handling incoming and cold calls; ensure natural Ukrainian-speaking communication with minimal pauses; integrate an AI assistant into the Binotel chat or propose an effective alternative; automate responses to inquiries, initial consultations, and scheduling for examinations. Important: the medical field requires accurate information gathering before CT or MRI, particularly regarding the examination area, preparation, referrals, and possible contraindications. The solution must be empathetic, professional, and allow for the transfer of complex cases to an operator. We need a chatbot with AI in Telegram for a webcam studio. The only task of the bot is to find suitable information in the studio's knowledge base and pass it to the models.
