Design an attic for living space + interior visualization
There is a two-story house ~160 sq.m., with a cold attic (and a sloped roof) and a panel insulated ceiling.
The roof currently has a low height and a small slope angle.
The attic needs to be completely renovated and made livable.
Full stairs nicely continue from the 2nd floor (everything has already been calculated and discussed with the contractor).
There is also already a concept of how it should look from the outside.

What is needed:
- to create 3D planning in SketchUp or a similar program (several options), to understand how much usable space can be obtained
- to place a small bathroom
- 2-3 rooms (ideally, there should be about 60 sq.m of usable space), one of which is a wardrobe.
