Срочная верстка Landing Page

Краткое np^
1. полоска меню всегда прикреплена вверху, и при прокрутке лп не
двигается.
2. Хедер 1 и хедер два т.е. первая картинка и вторая не
прокручиваются как одна длинная страница. А при загрузке появляется
хедер, при скроле мышкой лендинг не двигается а хедер (картинка)
меняется на следующий плавно как в ручках советстких. Помнишь как в
НУ Погоди у волка ручка была? НУ или какой-то такой эффект нужен.
3. потом при переходе на следующий раздел (разделы прописаны в
меню...) - "о нас" человек читает и в каждом разделе, начиная с о
нас через 10-15 секунд должно появляться снизу всплывающая строка с
погодой и кнопкой "застраховать". при скролинге далее исчезает и все
заново.
4. при нажатии на "Застраховать" открывается всплывающее окно, фон
затемняется.
Хедер/банер нужно сделать с параллакс эффектом
