Если на хостинге нет такой кнопки, то значит у них на сервере не установген софт от Летсинкрипт, а значит, и их сертификат установить не получится. Сгенерировать его на другом сервере и привнести туда не получится.
Как вариант, придётся использовать сертификат в облаке или менять на другой хостинг, который это поддерживает. Ну, или брать отдельный или виртуальный сервер. Если решитесь переезжать - обращайтесь.
