Clock program for the start/finish arena of competitions. In the start arena, there are several locations for athletes, and specific information is provided for each of these zones. The information is displayed on monitors and tablets.
Information:
- list of starting athletes according to the start protocol;
- total time and countdown to the start of a specific group of athletes (start cycle every 1 minute or every 5 minutes)
- at the last starting line/zone (total number of starting zones - 3 pcs) in addition to the information about the current start of the group of athletes, the clock (countdown to the start) is accompanied by a sound signal for the last 10 seconds before the start/moment of the start.
Several modes of using the program. Overview - providing information about the starting athletes displayed on the starting monitors. Judging - the ability to record/mark in the program those athletes who have started for transmission, through the use of this program by the judge at the finish, information about the athletes who have started.

Do you need it as a Windows program or as a WEB application? I can do either option, I have 20 years of development experience.
Overall, the task is clear, there are clarifications, and it would be better to jointly create a more specific technical specification in private messages. Roles are needed for judges, an administrator, and just viewing.
We will also think about how to best implement the visual part, switching modes, different athletes/points/lines, etc. Then I will be able to provide a more accurate estimate on deadlines and price.
