7 USDЕсть программа(исходники), но она написана на VB.NET надо или конвертировать в C# WinForm и немного ее допилить или написать чтото подобное на WPF. При конвертировании стандартными утилитами затык в операторах GOTO и еще в паре команд которые не конвертируются придется логику переписывать.
С ценой надо определяться, от в зависимости от того что делать будете... от 200 грн до 800 в зависимости от объема работ
