– Setting up automatic tags in KeyCRM (to immediately see the source of the lead: Instagram, bot, advertisement, etc.).
– Setting up basic automations in KeyCRM (for example: notifying the manager about a new lead, order status, etc.).
– Optimizing the chat-bot for future marketing campaigns (mailings, warm-ups, quizzes).
– Recommendations on analytics: how to track the effectiveness of the bot.
