A quite beautiful minimalist website, I have worked with a similar styled store on WordPress for textile manufacturing (which is quite close to your theme).
It's hard to estimate the price and deadlines without understanding how many products and categories are planned.

A similar website can realistically be completed in 2 weeks. Regarding the price, if it's without product filling, or with basic filling, we can manage to stay within 200-300 dollars.
