Google informed us that the complainant provided evidence of an open court proceeding in Ukraine regarding this product, and in such cases, the standard automatic renewal after a counter-notice does not apply — Google requests documentary confirmation that this proceeding is closed or resolved in our favor. Separately, Google pointed out an alternative route — contacting a certified body for out-of-court dispute resolution (under the European Digital Services Act) or going to court. We sent Google official documents confirming our position via email within the same case — we have not yet received a substantive response regarding the restoration of access.
