The sheet - the calculator will be a separate Google sheet. Users will work only in the Calculator. The sheet "Base Price" is a working table accessible only to the manager. Prices will be specified there. The user in the calculator enters dimensions (width and height), which may not be rounded - and from the "Base Price" sheet, it pulls the price based on the rounded-up width and height. Also, the user specifies the type, color, necessity of Chélino, which specific Chélino, and the number of products.

If nothing is selected in the Chélino cell - it means it does not need to be counted.

In the Price column - the cost per item + Chélino (if selected) is indicated.

Orange-colored cells - cannot be edited (no data entry), only offered options are selectable.

Red-colored cells - are not editable by the user at all.

If the user has editing rights to the table - editing can be restricted, but deletion - cannot.

Even if a script is written that forbids deletion - the script itself can also be deleted.

As an option - you can create a Web app (calculator) and have a separate Google Sheet from which data is pulled.
In this case, users will only have access to the calculator page.
