Creating a loyalty program for an online store in the form of a Telegram bot
Create a Telegram bot that implements the functionality of a personal bonus card for customers. The bot should allow users to register, receive cashback, connect to a loyalty card, and link the loyalty program with the store's website.
1. Principle of cashback operation:
Cashback is a return of a certain percentage of the purchase amount in the form of bonuses.
1 bonus = 1 hryvnia, which can be used as a discount on the next purchase.
For each purchase with the customer card, you accrue at least 5% cashback from the purchase amount.
Bonuses are only valid within the current calendar year. All bonuses accrued this year are automatically canceled on January 1st of the next year.
2. Accumulative bonus system:
The higher the total amount of all customer purchases, the higher the cashback percentage:
Level "1": for order totals up to 10,000 UAH — 5% cashback.
Level "2": from 10,000 UAH to 40,000 UAH — 10% cashback.
Level "3": over 40,000 UAH — 15% cashback.
3. Bonus usage restrictions:
The customer can pay with bonuses no more than 20% of the cost of a single order.
4. Additional features
Ability for the "accumulation" system to exchange bonuses for goods. For example, after 10 purchases of a product in one category, on the 11th purchase, the customer will have the opportunity to receive this product as a gift for free.
5. Website integration
The store website should be connected with the Telegram bot for user convenience. Our website is built on the Magento CMS.
