Это все круто, если хотите систему для 10-20 человек сделать, и то не факт что она будет стабильно работать.
Если мыслить не в плане срубить немного денег, взяв старый парсер на пхп и сделав кабинет, что за 20 ку сделают. То посмотрите что такое микросервисы и то что ваш манолит надо на микросервисы делить (что бы нагрузку держал) Ну или вы из кеша все будете выдавать. Это я к тому что изначально вкладываться в то что слабо потом можно развить

Я вам вариант и предлагаю.
Что бы действительно хорошее приложении написать Вам как предпринимателю возможно хорошо бы инвестора привлечь, у Вас есть идея и она вроде как не плохая. Идея не дорабатывать старый парсер докручивая к нему обвесы, типа на жигули колеса 15е.
А инвестировать и нанять на форуме программистов группу что бы с 0 написали на современных технологиях (docker, git, любая реактивность (фронта)). Пусть на часть на пхп(питон) сервера на голенге. И тогда вы быструю красоту получите.
Попробуйте в таком ключе поспрашивать у кандидатов цену. Те тут не главное кабинет тема и монитезация, а главное как сервер/сервера отдачи и обработки информации сделать для доступа большого количества людей
