Project Description
The goal of the project is to develop a scoring model for assessing the creditworthiness of clients based on questionnaire data, meta-information (IP address, device, application submission time), and data from UBCI (Ukrainian Bureau of Credit Histories). The model should evaluate credit risk, focusing on specified threshold values that allow achieving a 10% approval rate and 45% (ideally 30-40%) default rate.
To minimize dependence on paid data from UBCI, the model should attempt to operate based on other sources, and if necessary, implement a mechanism for using UBCI as a source of additional information exclusively for clients with low trust. That is, the model should assess the client twice: without UBCI data and with UBCI data.

Класифікації на основі багатофакторних рівнянь регресії (лінійну взяти чи логарифмічну?) все одно будуть.
500 показників — то занадто. Це не менше 50 рівнянь регресії, якщо не 70-100.
Стосовно 10 % — можна взяти показник на рівні +0,7-1 стандартне відхилення від середнього та це буде десь до 10-15 % від загальної вибірки. Або взяти +1,5-1,96 за тими показниками, що підтверджують платоспроможність.
Це потребує часу.
