Can you confirm if I understood correctly?

- there is a third-party API from which the current exchange rate can be fetched daily
- there is a Vada website on OpenCart
- somewhere within the website we create a storage for exchange rates for a year (either writing to a file or storing in a database) so that the current exchange rate can be displayed on the website pages
- we design a page within the Vada website where users can view the archive of exchange rates, and this page should be visible to registered users
