Я выделил их в красным цветом на скриншоте.
Причем, ползунки - интерактивные элементы. После того как двигаешь ползунки, меняются 3 остальных элемента (информация о кол-ве доступных машин, минимальная цена и сам список машин).
Хотелось бы, что бы все менялось плавно и было приятно в использовании.
Передвижение ползунков, можно сопроводить ненавзчивым приятным звуком и минимальной анимацией.

Должен быть компонент, а то что вы показали в модуле это всего навсего вывод на страницу объявлений то есть выборка с компонента и вывод. Посмотрите пожалуйста в сторону компонентов, какой стоит для заполнения объявлений.
