Зарегистрирован в телеграм с помощью ботфазер. А сделан он либо на конструкторе. либо написан на каком-то языке программирования. Вот об этом и вопрос.

Если же речь идет не о изменении готового бота. а о создании с нуля, и функционал четко ограничен тем. что в ТЗ, то есть серия вопросов, по результатам которой ответы сохраняются в гугл таблице. то стоимость такого бота составит 800 грн
