I run a training company and I am looking for a freelancer who can help me organize operational activities, develop a task schedule, and also advise and implement simple work management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
This is not about long-term management, but rather a one-time project that will allow us to establish order, work rhythm, and clearly assign responsibilities.
Scope of cooperation:
• analysis of current activities and processes in the company (simple operational audit),
• listing key areas and tasks (projects, processes, people),
• developing a schedule of actions and priorities (in the context of the upcoming weeks/months),
• implementing a basic task management system (e.g., Asana),
• possible training/instructions for the team (short, simple, not full coaching 😊).
Requirements:
• experience in organizing processes in small companies or startups,
• project management skills – experience as a Project Manager, Strategist, Business Freelancer, etc. is welcome,
• familiarity with the training industry is a plus (but not necessary),
• good communication and the ability to ask the right questions.
