Blue - sea
Green - forest
Lime - meadow
Rust - hills
Gray - mountains
Brown - swamp.
The perspective of the game board is strictly top-down, this is necessary so that the game board is perceived equally by all players at the game table.
The lands must use the above color-coding so that players do not have to strain to recognize the type of land and to make the game more accessible for people with weak vision.
In general, one game board should be a cohesive image and not a set of copied tiles.
Transitions between different lands should not be too sharp to disrupt the integrity of the image, but clear enough for the type of land in the province to be unambiguously read.
