Tasker Android: creating actions (turn off NFC, Bluetooth)

I installed it, but I don't understand how to use it.
So I ask for your help to set up 2 scenarios using the UI of this application on my Android smartphone:
1. After the payment is made with the NFC chip, the NFC should turn off automatically
(EVENT = payment made, ACTION = turn off NFC)
2. Bluetooth should turn off automatically, provided there are no connected devices
(EVENT = no connected devices, ACTION = turn off Bluetooth)
In the Tasker app, there are many events, but I didn't understand how to set this up.
