this project is less about building a taxi app from zero and more about safely taking over an existing codebase, adding the required features without breaking the current logic, and preparing the application correctly for publication in both the app store and google play.
that is the part i can help with.
with ready-made taxi solutions, the main challenge is usually not the feature itself, but understanding the current structure first — passenger flow, driver flow, admin side, integrations, and the build/publishing setup. after that, the new functionality can be added much more safely and cleanly.
