Multipanel UK is an established manufacturer of aluminium composite materials near Dover, Kent. Due to an exciting period of growth and investment, we are looking for a Technical Support Operator, ideally with experience of working in a call centre.
As an Operator you will be receiving calls and emails from our production personnel describing a problem or an unresolved issue. You will need to identify the problem, document it and redirect it to the responsible staff member for troubleshooting. As soon as the issue is resolved you will need to enter the data into the system.
Before commencement you will need to pass a 3 day-training in Kiev.
This role is working remotely in Kiev to our site in the UK and it will require the candidate to be set up as an agent for Multipanel UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from the production and maintenance personnel of the company.
- Identify the technical problem, document it in detail, and re-direct it to the appropriate staff member.
- Follow the issue resolution and ensure the deadlines are met.
- When the solution is found, enter the appropriate data into the system in the accurate manner according to the standard procedures.
Person specification:
Experience of working in a call centre.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with internal clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills to ensure the deadlines are met in a dynamic and pressured environment.
Accuracy and focus on details.
