Система установлена и настроена (пользовались услугами компании).
Задачи регулярные и разнообразные. Например: от консультации пользователя по настройке своего профиля или отредактировать шаблон документа, до настройки резервного копирования или восстановления работы IP телефонии.
Обязательным элементом является скорость реакции в рабочее время (с 9:00 до 18:00, пн-пт).
