Project: SaaS platform (electronic document management system).
Task: We need to systematize the process of visual design of documents in the system. Currently, we manually bring all incoming documents to a unified style in the editor, and now this experience needs to be packaged into a clear, understandable instruction (guideline) for other employees and users.
What needs to be done:
Study our current document formatting (fonts, indents, headings, lists, tables).
Formulate the rules of "unified style": from visual requirements to the logical structure of the text.
Compose a concise and visually understandable instruction (Manual/SOP) that anyone can use to format a document identically in our editor.
Who we are looking for:
A specialist with experience in technical writing, proofreading, or text layout.
A person with a "designer's eye" for text: understanding typography, rules of "internal and external" (indents, layout).
The ability to write simply about complex rules.
It will be an advantage: experience working with legal or governmental documentation.
