Task

1) organization of the technical support service that ensures the implementation of planned work and response to the Client's requests for website maintenance;

2) expansion of the website's functional capabilities;

3) organization of prompt response to identified issues in the website's operation, including answers to questions from users and responsible employees of the Client for technical support and maintenance of the official website and its informational content in accordance with legal requirements (hereinafter – responsible employees of the Client), assisting responsible employees of the Client in eliminating possible failures in the website's operation;

4) services for ensuring the functioning of the client-side software of the website;

5) services for technical support of system and application software (hereinafter – AS) developed for the website, namely: constant monitoring of the client-side operation of the website and prompt response to failures;

6) support for the proper functioning of the website's content management system;

7) configuration of software to optimize the productive operation of the website;

8) providing consulting assistance to responsible employees of the Client regarding the preparation, processing, and formation of relevant informational materials;

9) consulting responsible employees of the Client regarding the operation of the website and website administrators regarding server operation;

10) making corrective changes to the layout, design, and business logic of the system;

11) troubleshooting the website's operation and preventing their occurrence;

12) counteracting attempts to disrupt the server and website's operability;

13) timely development and modernization of mechanisms to protect against unauthorized interference in the website's operability;

14) elimination of failures and correction of identified deficiencies in the AS operation;

15) updating the AS;

16) monitoring the correct functioning of the AS;

17) expanding the functional capabilities of the AS (refinement and improvement of software modules of the website and AS and correction of errors in the AS);

18) updating elements of the html pages of the website;

19) technical support throughout 2026: availability 24/7;

20) optimization of loading speed;

21) ensuring that the website is accessible for viewing through various browsers;

22) ensuring that the content of the website's pages is optimized for contextual search using search engines;
