There are apartment plans, design project (including the layout of the underfloor heating, which does not suit me) with exact areas of rooms and furniture placement (attached to the task).

In the bathroom, the installation step is 10 cm across the entire area (my vision, will consider the specialist's proposals).
Near the windows in the kitchen, on the balcony, and in the facade area — step 10 cm for ~0.5 m, then 12.5–15 cm.
In other rooms, the main step is 15 cm.
Under furniture without legs and under built-in wardrobes — pipes are not laid.
I consider laying pipes under beds, but not under stationary furniture (kitchen set, built-in wardrobe in the corridor, etc.).

Hydraulic calculation of each circuit (length, resistance, flow, ΔT).
Recommended pipe lengths for each circuit.
Installation step in each room (with detailing of zones 10 / 12.5 / 15 cm).
Connection scheme to the collector (with supply and return).
Balancing of circuits (flow in l/min).
Approximate supply/return temperatures.
Consider real supplies.
Consider regulation scenarios:
Ability to turn off individual zones (so that heat does not disappear in adjacent ones).
Distribution of circuits so that zones are not “stitched” logically with each other (for example, bathroom + corridor, if they have different modes).
Provide drawings:
Layout scheme of circuits (“snail”) with references and numbering.
Collector scheme with the length of circuits labeled.
Zone map with installation step.
Preferably in PDF or DWG format (if AutoCAD / Revit is available).
Priority — technical accuracy, energy efficiency, and comfort (uniformity of heating).
There are no radiators in the apartment, so the required surface temperature must be calculated correctly.
I expect from the designer not just a drawing, but working documentation with all lengths, diameters, recommendations for the pump-mixing unit and collector.

What needs to be designed: Master module: power input of 24V and communication with the external world via hardware-isolated RS-485.
