The Articles of Dissolution are already available, there is no need to submit them. The cost is final, as the company has not conducted any activities and I cannot incur additional expenses for it.

Sale (distribution) of licenses for PROMOTIC software — purchasing licenses from a non-resident manufacturer (Czech Republic, MICROSYS spol. s r.o.) and reselling to Ukrainian clients. One-time assistance: Selection of KVED for software development and wholesale trade of software (approximately 62.01/62.09 — development; 46.51 — wholesale trade of computers/software) Registration of sole proprietorship of group 3, choice — with VAT or without, considering future settlements with a non-resident Opening a foreign currency account for payment of licenses to the non-resident Consultation on the import of software licenses from a non-resident — this is a critically important issue Ongoing or periodic/one-time support (by agreement): Accounting for income Reporting (quarterly/annual), single tax, ЕСВ (I have a benefit for ЕСВ - pensioner) Support for payments to the non-resident supplier (currency control/NBU supervision) Preparation of contracts and acts/invoices (KP) with Ukrainian clients Requirements for the performer: Experience working with sole proprietorships that purchase software/licenses from non-residents (import of services, Article 208 of the Tax Code) Understanding the difference between "royalties," "supply of software products," and supply of goods (hardware USB key with licenses) Preferably — experience with IT distribution Format: one-time project (registration) + separate agreement for support or one-time work under the project.

Task It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive financial analysis of my online stores' activities over the last 3 months and develop a universal pricing model that takes into account all costs and the desired profit level. About the activities I work with several sales channels and suppliers: Prom.ua; Rozetka; dropshipping; own warehouse. It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. What data I will provide I will provide all necessary information for the last 3 months, including: turnover; number of orders; cost of goods sold; marketplace commissions; advertising expenses; delivery costs; packaging costs; returns; cancellations; employee salaries; rent; taxes; other fixed and variable costs. If necessary, I will provide additional data. What needs to be done Conduct a detailed analysis of all financial indicators. Determine the actual percentage of total costs. Calculate the breakeven point. Determine the actual net profit. Analyze which expense items most affect profitability. Provide recommendations for cost optimization. Develop a clear pricing model. Determine the optimal markup level to achieve the desired profitability. Create a universal formula for calculating the price of goods, so in the future it will be enough to enter the purchase price and automatically receive the recommended selling price. Suggest recommendations for different pricing approaches (fixed markup, markup depending on the product category, minimum margin, competitor prices, etc.) and justify which option will be the most effective in my case. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price. Additionally After completing the analysis, an online consultation is required (30–60 minutes), during which the logic of the calculations needs to be explained, how to use the model shown, answer my questions, and provide recommendations for further use of this model. What needs to be done: Provide a description of one case, as well as real documents related to the case with confidential information removed (names, addresses, case numbers, amounts replaced with conditional ones).
