We open the bot and there is a list of nicknames of the groups where the bot is activated.
It would be great if we could create sectors for groups. For example, by cities (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), and then the nicknames of the groups in those points. Then we click on the desired group and add the nickname of the user to whom I want to grant access for publications and enter the quantity (for example, 10).
Then, when the user starts publishing the 11th message (text, picture, video, or something else) in the group, the bot deletes it and each subsequent message and responds to the deletion with a text in the chat (this text I can change in the settings) and this text stays in the chat for 5-7 seconds before the bot deletes it (like a notification).
Bypassing the nickname database for publication can be done by adding contacts to the group (the quantity is set in the settings). That is, the bot must have a database to check the conditions for adding a contact, and this user should be able to publish messages in the chat without any obstacles.
The bot must have a night mode.
In the settings, I choose the time: for example, from 23:00 to 7:00, and when it reaches 23:00, the bot sends a notification to each chat that the chat is closed (this message I can edit) and whoever it is, it deletes the message from the chat. Moreover, a separate database for each chat.
Note:
In the bot settings, I can grant access to another user to manage the bot. I enter the nickname of another user and give them the login and password, and only then can my friend, for example, use the bot just like I do. But only the owner can remove all friends so that no one else can use the bot.
