- Monitor the specified Telegram channels (via the link).
- Upon the appearance of a new post:
- retrieve the text (caption) and media (photo, video, albums);
- support albums (multiple media in one post);
- consider grouped_id for correct assembly of the post;
- add a small delay (5–15 seconds) for proper processing of albums.
- Translate the text into Russian via OpenAI API (or similar), with the requirements:
- not a literal translation;
- style: short, literate, news Telegram;
- without distortion of facts, numbers, and names, to ensure readability.
- Publish the post in the main Telegram channel:
- not via forward, but by copying;
- with media preservation;
