OCR Integration:

Use an OCR API (OCR.space, Google Vision, Tesseract, etc.) to extract the amount, date, and reference number from the uploaded images (receipts).

Google Sheets Integration:

Save extracted receipt data into Google Sheets.

Log tenant payments and store receipt copies in Google Drive.

Store payment receipts and lease agreements in Google Drive.

Automated Rent Reminders:

Set up automatic rent reminders for tenants after the 6th day of the next month.

Automatically send lease expiry and renewal PDFs to tenants based on preset triggers.
