Goal:
Create a Telegram bot that:
• Sends materials to participants 3 times a day (text, audio, images),
• Accepts responses from users (without verification) — just so they have a place to write something important,
• Automatically manages paid subscriptions with reminders,
• Provides the author with the ability to upload materials independently.
Bot functions
1. Message sending:
• The bot sends messages from Monday to Sunday at:
- 09:00
- 14:00
- 18:00
• Each message can contain:
- short text,
- image,
- audio file (up to 5 MB).
• The administrator uploads materials manually.
2. User responses:
• Users can send responses to the bot (text, voice, image).
• Responses are saved in the chat between the bot and the user but are not forwarded to the administrator.
• The administrator does not reply, but the user can return to their responses.
3. Paid subscription:
• Subscription lasts 1 or 3 months.
• Payment link can be placed on another website. It is important that users from Russia and Ukraine can pay, but most users are from the EU.
• Only users with an active subscription receive new materials.
• 5, 3, and 1 day before the subscription ends, the bot sends a reminder:
“Your subscription ends in 5 days. Do you want to renew?”
• If the subscription is not renewed:
- No new materials are sent.
- Access to old materials (in the chat with the bot) remains.
4. Uploading materials (for administrator):
• Ability to upload materials in advance (by days and time).
• Support for uploading texts, images, audio, and video.
• Ability to manually add or remove users from the subscriber list.
• Ability to see who and when their subscription ends.
Additional:
• Bot interface and commands — in Russian.
Requirements:
• Administrator instructions (video or PDF):
- how to add materials,
- how to manage subscriptions.
• Possibility of future improvements and technical support for the bot (by agreement).
Additional (advanced requirements):
- Ability to purchase a subscription on an external page and then manually add the participant to the database,
- Ability to change the club price at any time,
- Subscription for 1 or 3 months,
- When the subscription ends, the user retains access to old materials but does not receive new ones,
- Tasks in the club can include audio, photo, text, and be in multiple formats simultaneously,
- The club includes language levels A1, A2, B1, B2. The bot determines the level and sends materials of the corresponding level in the same chat,
- The administrator can manage the bot independently through an understandable interface with explanations,
- Development of the bot and design, and all bot logic, everything is done "turnkey",
- Hosting the bot on a server
- A developer is needed who remains available for assistance if necessary.
The current budget is a maximum of 155 dollars. Future possibilities include developing new features and improving the bot. I am looking for a person with whom I can interact now and in the future.
