Важно что разбираться можно по минимуму так как от нас будет максимальная поддержка менеджера в том числе и по наполнению описания товаров.

Vadim Yuklyanyuk 3 April 2019В ТЗ приатачены три описания-презентации промышленных комплексов по переработки биомассы в топливные пеллеты и брикеты. Судя по заявкам на "ПроЗорро" глубиной поиска 1,5 года и ценой закупки свыше 2 млн. грн, перспектив продвижения комплексов госучреждениям и госпредприятиям не имеется - ни одной заявки на подобное оборудование не найдено.
С другой стороны, существует значительное количество заявок на брикетированное топливо. Более 50% заявок - на топливобрикеты из торфа и угля (крошки/пыли); эти виды топлива в перечне исходных биоматериалов для вашего оборудования отсутствуют.
Отсюда вывод - либо выходить на рынок самих топливных брикетов/пеллет, либо искать крупных активных частных операторов на этом рынке. В частности, новые возможности тендерных площадок позволяют составить некоторую сводку таких операторов - победители предыдущих тендеров и т.п.
Второй путь - также аналитический: искать по областным бюджетам, обладминистрациям, где финансируются/запланированы/реализуются программы по повышению энергоэффективности/снижению потребления газа. Затем определять ответственных лиц по этим направлениям и выходить на них с конкретными предложениями.
Вот такая небольшая общая аналитика вам в помощь. Только немного не понятно - выводы эти и так очевидные, а специалистов по тендерным закупкам в Ровно должно хватать - госпредприятия/учреждения существуют, значит, и тендерные комитеты у них есть. Неужели совершенно некому проконсультировать на месте?
Да, и + к предыдущему комментарии - про "оплату по факту обращения клиентов" не стоит предлагать, полагаю. Никто ничего не будет искать, самим придется предлагать и предлагать. И работать над пакетом тендерной документации, аналитикой и отработкой методик работы на тендерном рынке по формуле "оплата в случае успеха" - сильно сомневаюсь, что найдется компетентный специалист, согласный на такие условия.
