Hourly Employment Specialist (Project Calculation of Indicators)

 Main Responsibilities:

  - Project execution of tasks for calculating company indicators necessary for the company (traffic calculation from the video provided by the company)

  - Ability to conduct calculations based on the material provided by the company in a convenient way for you.

  - Formation and submission of reports based on the results of completed calculations on a regular basis.

 Candidate Requirements:

  - Ability to accurately process information and make precise calculations.

  - Flexible work schedule: Hourly employment with the possibility of working remotely at a time convenient for you.

 Trial period of 2 days - paid. 

 Payment - 50 UAH/hour

Process:

- We provide access to recorded video, which you can watch at accelerated speeds of 1.5x, 2x, or 4x.

- Your task is to effectively count those whom the curator told you.

- You count in your free time and fill out the table.

- You write in the chat that everything is ready.

- The curator checks and assigns the next task.

Rules and Working Conditions:

- Trial period of 2 days (paid).

- Rate — 50 UAH/hour = 8000 UAH for 20 days when working 8 hours a day.

- Counting hours is based on working hours, not the number of video hours.

- We consider viewing video at a speed of x1.5.

- This means that an 8-hour video will be counted by you as 8/1.5 = 5.3 hours x 50 UAH = 266 UAH.

- If you can watch at a speed of 2, we will still count it as x1.5.

  - Example: 8 hours of video / speed 2 = 4 hours spent. You will still be paid as for 5.3 hours = 266 UAH.

That is, for 8 hours = 266 UAH x 2 times for 4 hours = 632 UAH.

- You can earn more by increasing time/effectiveness.

- Review the training videos on counting that we will provide you.

- If you count incorrectly — you will not pass the trial period.

- Ask the curator questions to understand better and faster.

- There is also growth in our company provided that you will analyze traffic, not just count.

Traffic Counting Guidelines

Count traffic from 17:00 to 00:00, divide the results by hours, for example, from 17:00 to 18:00, 

Consider only foreigners (if you are not sure that a person is 100% Thai, we consider them)

Consider only adults (approximately 20+). If there is a couple or a person with children, we only count adults, children are not counted

Try not to recount the same people twice if you remember that you have already counted them

Count on both sides of the street

 Whenever possible, try to pay attention to the nationality of the participants in the movement, for example, 30% Chinese, 20% Arabs, etc.

If you received a counting task based on the video, then after 1 day following the completion of the counting, send the data to the person who assigned you this task. 

If it rained during the counting hours - note this in your counting report

Result:

- overview (what exactly you saw, pros and cons compared to our stores, any details regarding the location or traffic)

indicate in the report all details that you think may be important or interesting
