You need to trim the videos to 30 seconds, as some are currently 35, 40, or 43 seconds long.
Do not change the video format — they must remain horizontal as they are. Just trim each video to a normal short demo of the exercise.
File names should be neat:
number, if there is one — dash — exercise name in lowercase with dashes — .mp4
For example:
12-side-lunge.mp4
If the exercise has a left and right side, then create separate files for each side.
For example:
12-left-leg-raise.mp4
12-right-leg-raise.mp4
The same goes for posters: if there is a left and right side, two separate posters need to be made — for the left and for the right side.
A poster is simply a normal, nice frame from the video to make it look tidy.
You also need to create a simple table for tracking work:
| Exercise Name | Video Trimmed | Poster Made | Left Side | Right Side |
|---|
| 12-side-lunge | + | + |
|
|
| 13-left-leg-raise | + | + | + |
|
| 13-right-leg-raise | + | + |
| + |
When the video is trimmed — put + in the “Video Trimmed” column.
When the poster is made — put + in the “Poster Made” column.
If the exercise is for the left side — put + in the “Left Side” column.
If the exercise is for the right side — put + in the “Right Side” column.
