Project Description:
We are looking for a specialist in creating short vertical videos (TikTok, Snapchat) for regular content production on the topic of financial literacy. We need a person who understands audience retention mechanics, can work with fast editing, b-rolls, hook structure, and can ensure stable production of 5–7 clips per week.
Tasks:
Creating clips based on ready-made scripts (or refining scripts if experienced).
Fast editing in a dynamic style: changing frames every 2–3 seconds, visual prompts, subtitles, a hook in 1 second.
Working with b-rolls, stock footage, inserts, graphics.
Preparing videos for TikTok and Snapchat (format compliance, engaging presentation).
The ability to adapt Western best practices of TikTok channels on financial topics.
Requirements:
Experience in producing short vertical videos.
Understanding of TikTok algorithms and attention retention specifics.
Skills in editing, color correction, and sound work.
Work samples — mandatory.
Will be a plus: knowledge of trends, ability to independently select references.
Collaboration Format:
Long-term.
Regular work: 1 video per day (or batch shooting/editing once a week).
Constant theme: financial literacy, money, investments, personal finance.
Payment — discussed based on the number of videos or hourly.
