Суть Вашей проблемы ясна и способ ее решения понятен, но есть несколько уточняющих вопросов:
1. В каком формате Вы предоставите исходные картографические данные - файлы (какой формат) или база геоданных (какая СУБД, доступ или дамп)?
2. Что конкретно Вы имеете в виду в п.2 под словом "фильтр" - Вы хотите скрыть/отфильтровать объекты из ОКС или классифицировать их по значению атрибута?
3. По п.3 - можно взглянуть на имеющийся скрипт и куда надо вытаскивать значение из поля "Фактическая площадь"?
