What is included in the task (final result): Search and initial verification of candidates' profiles based on specified criteria (work experience, availability of documents, readiness to relocate). Filling out the final table (Full Name/ID, specialty, experience, country, contact status, availability of video confirmation of skills if available). Initial surveying of 10–15 candidates regarding relevance and profile compliance. Requirements for the performer: Availability of tools/access to local sourcing channels or databases in the specified regions. Understanding of the specifics of labor specialties (blue-collar workers). Ability to structure data and maintain operational reporting.
