Technical support: Timely detection of malfunctions, prompt notification, and quick bug fixing. Updates: Making changes to logic, fine-tuning current scenarios, and updating responses. Development: Creating new bots from scratch as needed and integrating them into the overall system. Our expectations (Requirements): Confident use of the SendPulse platform (creating complex chains, variables, setting up triggers).
