From Unity asset to three.js
There is a purchased asset in the Unity Store with 20 birds.
In the end, you need to have a folder with bird files and an HTML file where in js (using three.js) one bird is displayed. By changing the URL, it should be possible to load all 20 birds.
The image below is NOT correct. I tried to export it myself in gltf, fbx. It looks terrible on the web.

To transfer 3D models of birds, they need to be transferred in .glb format, which is almost the same as gltf but slightly better in rendering. Regarding why it didn't transfer as you wanted, there could be 2 reasons
1 compatibility of the model itself and its textures
2 The program that converted to .glb most likely exported the textures or materials of the bird incorrectly
I can try to do this work, but I do not give guarantees, as everything depends on the models themselves and their compatibility
