Задача неординарная, alt-get install -f не помогает. Гугль тоже особо не помог.

зависимости . по сути исправить не составит труда. есть вопрос ставите apt или пакет сетапите?

Мы ставим кастомную версию которая компилилась с довольно странными зависимостями. Перекомпилировать возможности нет.
теперь это проблема.
