2. Настроить оформление заказа (упростить).

3. В шапку добавить ссылки на контакты, соц. сети (Instagram), WhatsApp

5. Настроить e-mail-рассылки.
Возможно интегрировать GetResponse или UniSender.
Но, насколько я знаю, в базовых настройках OpenCart заложена возможность массовой рассылки. Нужно загрузить e-mail - адреса и настроить шаблон письма.
