    нужно сначала ТЗ хотя бы наброски тасков, вы же должны понимать, что кто и возьмется, то наверное он не понимает что нужно делать вообще, бюджет скорее всего в 2 раза поднять нужно, опять же ТЗ, чтобы сказать сколько должно быть
