Website for calling for help. A mobile application is also of interest as an option.
Required features - convenient capture of photos or videos of the situation with a smartphone, GPS location in coordinates and links to Google Maps, phone numbers, name, selection from a list of types of help, a field for comments. A donation button for help.
The client selects from a list of incoming help offers, places an order, and closes access to other offers and comments. If the client is in the rescuer's area - they receive a notification via SMS or email with a link to the post.
After a successful rescue, they donate to the website and capture photos or videos of the rescue action or the result of the rescue.
Registration of rescuers - area, city, service radius in km, Nickname, full name, phone, email, type of photo of the rescuer's vehicle, list of services, if needed, pricing. For the client, only general information is available (area, city, nickname, photo)
In general, something like this... maybe something more convenient can be thought of, depending on the project's price.
