я много чему научился за 4 года, но все равно не могу понять что Вы хотите? Мало того что Bootstrap сам по себе уже есть не очень хорошо, так Вы еще хотите готовую верстку объединить с этим не хорошо? Вопрос зачем? И почему изначально тогда было не использовать фреймворк в работе?

Во-первых, Bootstrap не есть плохо, и обсуждать мы это с Вами не будем, это не форум по выбору инструментов для решения задачи.
Во-вторых, что значит зачем и почему? Есть конкретная задача, не больше и не меньше, Ваши вопросы вовсе не по теме.

Вы считаете что здесь грамотно и понятно написано? Ну тогда все понятно
необходимо сделать адаптивным, посадить на bootstrap и исправить мелкие визуальные косяки.
Сайт уже адаптирован на Opencart. Работа получается только по верстке

Поддерживаю комментарии выше, это нужно переверстывать , обьединить не получится, если Вы думаете просто вставить див с классом от бутсрап и все будет четко - НЕТ !
