Layout of brochure in InDesign
Hello, everyone.
1. Task:
1.1. There is a Polish version of the catalog, you need to take the design and layout from this catalog.
1.2. The text for the layout sequence, the content is in a Word text file. (Images can also be extracted from the Word file, some tables need to be rebuilt in InDesign.
1.3. The template is agreed upon, according to which the layout should be continued:
Hardcover 4+0
Block 132-136 pages approximately (to be divisible by 4)
Page size 170x240 + 2 mm bleed = 174x244
Additionally:
All tables, graphics, images should be styled as in the Polish version, there are a few of them there.
For now, we are placing everything according to the images from the Word files, during the process, where the images are terrible, we will provide new files.
*After layout, as in any similar type of work, minimal text edits may be necessary - after checking the laid-out files, but not major changes. Please understand this!
After the layout is done, checking the file will take a certain amount of time - it will need to be proofread and reviewed before printing. Please pay attention to this!
Regarding the final stage:
A packaged file will need to be provided in InDesign and prepared for printing at a minimum, (bleeds, fonts, and everything linked).
