Работа будет в несколько этапов в приоритетах:

Требования к исполнителю:
Vue/react (лучше vue)
Разделение вёрстки на компоненты
SASS
Оптимизированная загрузка шрифтов, фото, стилей
Корректная работа во всех браузерах
Бекенд пишется на Lumen. Приветствуется если будет в команде специалист способен выполнить бекенд приоритета №3.
Бюджет будет корректироваться в зависимости от объёма работ.
Важно!!! Требуется гарантия выполнения сделки, заключение дополнительного договора! Что бы избежать недобросовестных исполнителей (имеется уже опыт таких исполнителей, берутся за работу и не делают, а морочат голову).
