1. I review the Word file and discuss the details.
2. I typeset the first few pages as a test fragment to approve the style.
3. After approval, I format the entire book in a unified system.
4. I perform a final check of the layout and prepare the PDF for reading/printing.

The cost includes 2 iterations of revisions.
